Trauma occurs when something happens that we're not equipped to deal with; it impacts lives in confusing, messy ways. Our brains and bodies want to heal from trauma, but they often need a little help doing it. There's no "right" way to heal, and healing looks different to everyone. I individualize the work that I do with each person; together, we figure out what healing means to you or your family. I draw from many theories and modalities to support everyone's unique healing process.
