It takes bravery to find your way to therapy. Choosing therapy can be a difficult decision and finding the right therapist for your child or family can feel overwhelming. Going to therapy means changing the way things are, and choosing not to let your past and present determine your future. Healing through therapy helps kids to feel safe, strong, and empowered (it helps parents to feel that way, too). What happened may have been scary, but healing does not have to be. 

I specialize in work with children, adolescents, parents, and families who have experienced trauma and abuse. I also work with families who are experiencing grief, substance abuse, separation/divorce, and life transitions. Historically, I have worked with children and adolescents with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and who are on the autism spectrum.
